The wonderful Coach Jen will have a fun WOD planned (as per usual) and we'll provide some light refreshments afterward. During this time we will have staff available to answer any questions and Coach Kim will lead anyone who would like to join her in a casual cool down stretch.

Our annual Murph event is coming up soon. Typically we hold this event on Memorial Day weekend but this year we're going to try pushing it back to the following Saturday, May 31. We'll hold heats beginning every half hour from 9am-11:30am. Hopefully that allows a few more schedules to free up and we'll have an amazing attendance that day!
Not sure what Murph is- well, it's a workout of course!
Start with a 1 mile run
Then, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats
End with a 1 mile run
*If you've got a 20lb weight vest, wear it!
*You can partition the reps as needed.
*As always, this workout can be scaled/modified to meet you where you're at- we can even partner it up!
The Murph workout is a popular CrossFit Hero WOD named after Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a U.S. Navy SEAL who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. It’s brutal, but it’s meant to be- a tribute to endurance, grit, and sacrifice.

Spring is in the air; let's get moving!
Kid's classes are running Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30pm and we'd love to have your 8-12 year olds join us. Coach Amy will show them how fun movement can be by utilizing games and activities to promote physical activity. No worries if you can't make it to a class or two, your child can drop in whenever. While your child is in our care you are welcome to hang out and watch, join in on the adult class or take the hour to yourself!

There is a trainer here during every class but please be aware they may not be available for questions during class time.
