CrossFit Bemidji is offering a group training session this fall, limited to just 10 participants. Classes will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, October 14–30, from 6:45–7:45pm.
Over three weeks, you’ll take on challenging strength and conditioning workouts designed to build fitness and confidence. With a small group size, you’ll get plenty of coaching attention while also feeding off the energy of the group.
This program is open to all skill levels and a foundations program is required before joining in on our regularly scheduled classes.

CrossFit Kids starts Tuesday, October 7. Classes are one hour every Tuesday from 4:30–5:30pm. Join in any time!
This is a fun, high-energy program designed to help our 8–12 year olds build strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate workouts and games. Each class focuses on functional movement, teamwork, and healthy habits in a safe and supportive environment.
Coach Amy helps the kids learn proper technique, build fitness, and have a blast doing it—no experience needed. Whether your child is new to fitness or already active, our kids class makes movement fun and rewarding!

There is a trainer here during every class but please be aware they may not be available for questions during class time.
