A summer strength and conditioning program for teens!!
This is for teens at all levels of fitness; from beginner athlete to outdoor enthusiast to sports-experienced. We specialize in providing more individualized direction based on each athlete’s skills. Whether you are sports focused or not, with our certifications and experience, we will help you gain strength and agility and give you education and tools to improve your health and fitness.
If you are a returning athlete, use your log-in information from past session.
Can't make the whole session? That's ok! We can do partial registration for those crazy schedules.
Kid's CrossFit will run every Wednesday, starting June 9 and going through August 25, from 8-9 a.m!
Our goal is to make these classes a fun and exciting way for kids to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits.
In each workout, your kids will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play and go about each day.
Our classes always consist of a warm-up, a strength/skill piece, and end with a Workout of the Day (WOD)!
You can sign them up for a monthly plan at $43 for unlimited classes, first month is pro-rated.

You schedule an appointment with us that takes about 15 minutes. You just stand on the scale, enter your age and height, and in about 15 seconds the InBody 270 will print detailed results of your full body composition using BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology. The fee is $30 for the public and no fee for our athletes with a monthly plan. We want to provide the opportunity for our athletes to be able to measure progress throughout their fitness journey.
We also have an InBody Scan package....buy 10 scans with a 10% discount for $270! Oh, and we aren't afraid to let you share this with a workout buddy. ;)
Knowing the exact breakdown of your body will tell you how much body fat has been lost and how much lean body mass has been gained during your weight management program.
