Our annual Murph event is coming up soon. Typically we hold this event on Memorial Day weekend but this year we're going to try pushing it back to the following Saturday, May 31. We'll hold heats beginning every half hour from 8am-11am. Hopefully that allows a few more schedules to free up and we'll have an amazing attendance that day!
Not sure what Murph is- well, it's a workout of course!
Start with a 1 mile run
Then, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats
End with a 1 mile run
*If you've got a 20lb weight vest, wear it!
*You can partition the reps as needed.
*As always, this workout can be scaled/modified to meet you where you're at- we can even partner it up!
The Murph workout is a popular CrossFit Hero WOD named after Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a U.S. Navy SEAL who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. It’s brutal, but it’s meant to be- a tribute to endurance, grit, and sacrifice.

We will be taking a pause for the month of June and classes will resume on Wednesdays at 3:30pm starting July 2nd.
This is a fun, high-energy program designed to help our 8 - 12 year olds build strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate workouts and games. Each class focuses on functional movement, teamwork, and healthy habits in a safe and supportive environment.
Coach Amy helps the kids learn proper technique, build fitness, and have a blast doing it—no experience needed. Whether your child is new to fitness or already active, CrossFit Kids makes movement fun and rewarding!
