Our Memorial Weekend Murph WOD will be held on Saturday, May 27 with heats starting at 7am and going until we're done.
This event is open to the public and all drop-in fees will go to our local DAV (Disabled American Veterans) chapter.
We will have a limited quantity of shirts for sale for $40, with proceeds going to the DAV.
If you're not sure what the Murph WOD is here's a little rundown for you: Rx is a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run with a weighted vest (20/14lb) partitioned (meaning split the reps) however you choose. If you're looking for an Rx+ version you can throw on a weighted vest and do it unpartitioned.. If you're looking for a Scaled version try it all with no vest or grab a partner and split up your reps.. We've got options for everyone so don't be afraid of it!

Kid's CrossFit (ages 8-12) will run every Monday (June through August) at 10am beginning June 12.
Our goal is to make these classes a fun and exciting way for kids to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits.
In each workout, your kids will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play and go about each day.
Our classes always consist of a warm-up, a strength/skill piece, a Workout of the Day (WOD) and a game!

You schedule an appointment with us that takes about 15 minutes. You just stand on the scale, enter your age and height, and in about 15 seconds the InBody 270 will print detailed results of your full body composition using BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology. The fee is $30 for the public and no fee for our athletes with a monthly plan. We want to provide the opportunity for our athletes to be able to measure progress throughout their fitness journey.
Knowing the exact breakdown of your body will tell you how much body fat has been lost and how much lean body mass has been gained during your weight management program. You could potentially have big fat loss and muscle gain, and your weight won't change at all. How would know this when using your bathroom scale? We will review the results with you so you have a good understanding and maybe a new goal to shoot for!
