Getting back into the groove of fall and back-to-school season can be tricky. You might be thinking: how do I fit my workout in AND keep my kids entertained?!
Well, we've got a solution for you.. Coach Amy will take your kids off your hands for an hour each Thursday to teach them great skills. Our kids class will be coached the same time as our regularly scheduled 5pm class so you can do your thing, too!

Starting October 10 and running every Tuesday and Thursday through October 26 from 6pm-7pm Coach Kailee will be teaching the basics of what we do here at CrossFit Bemidji. CrossFit is designed around the idea that we should be training our bodies for every day living using the movements of pushing, pulling, squatting, deadlifiting, etc. and that's what we teach: functional fitness.

These athletes came to the gym on Sunday, September 10th to work through each of six events of the Army Combat Fitness Test.
The events included: a three repetition deadlift max, standing power throw, hand-release push up max in two minutes, sprint-drag-carry, plank for max time, and a two mile run.
