Have you been thinking that maybe this is something you should try for better health?  So often, most of us have goals and ideas but unfortunately we don't have enough information or support to know where to begin.  The ketogenic diet can be an amazing way for some to reach those goals and I'd love to get you started!


When you register for this program, I provide you with all the tools necessary for success.  


The ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet and the goal is getting to ketosis, where your body burns fat instead of glucose for energy.  There are several versions of the keto diet, and the standard (SKD) version is the most researched and most recommended.  During a keto diet you will usually avoid carb-based foods like grains, sugars, legumes, rice, potatoes, candy, juice and some fruits.


The benefits of this eating strategy stretch far beyond fat loss.  It ranges from hormone balance, to gut-health, to protecting your brain from dementia and Alzheimer’s and much more. 


A ketogenic diet may provide many health benefits, especially with metabolic, neurological or insulin-related diseases.


This plan is NOT for anyone with: a history of kidney problems, diabetes, or who is pregnant or breastfeeding.  Be sure to check with your doctor!
